Delivery Timing & Cost

Delivery is free when you spend £30 and over, £1.99 for orders under £30. Exceptions may apply to non-UK mainland locations.

The items you have ordered are usually delivered within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 6pm.

When your item has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

We ship your oreders via Royal Mail for standard deliveries.

If you live in a Northern Ireland, highland, island or rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 5 working days. We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days, but it’s subject to postcode and carrier availability.

Returns & Refunds

You have 60 days to return or exchange any order. Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 60 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund delivery charge and item charges, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. Please contact us to get your free UK returns label. (customer@leamel.com) 
Please send the shipping receipt with your items for us to identify return information.

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.

Returns for international Orders

Please contact Customer Services before returning the items for international orders.For international orders (Non-UK) please highlight "Returning Unwanted Goods" on your return package otherwise you may be charged duty.
